The Table Grid screen is the first screen that is displayed after the Pocket Pad app has been opened and Program Data Downloaded from Idealpos.

The Table Grid will appear differently, depending on how many tables you have in your Restaurant and the Table Numbers/Names.

 

When a Table is selected from the Table Grid, additional options will be displayed at the bottom of the screen (Order, Enquire, Bill, Notes and if Payment functionality is enabled, Pay will also appear).

The following options are available on the Table Grid:

 

• Three Horizontal Lines/Hamburger menu - Opens the menu to access additional functions such as Settings, Download Program Data, Payment History (if Payments enabled), Change Password, About, System logging, Logout.
• Clerk Name - Displays a list of Clerks from a dropdown menu to change the currently logged in Clerk. If the Home Screen is enabled, pressing the Clerk Name will display the Home Screen. The currently logged in Clerk name is displayed.
• Table Map Name - The name of the currently displayed Table Map will be shown on the top-right corner of the screen. Pressing the Table Map Name will display a list of Table Maps to select. If the "Lock Table Map" option is enabled in the app settings, pressing the Table Map Name will have no effect and will be locked to the Table Map.
• Refresh - This button will refresh the screen to ensure that the tables are correctly displayed.
• Guests - This option will only appear if Hide Guest Field is disabled in the app Settings AND Prompt for Covers is disabled in the Idealpos Yes/No Options. Enter the number of Guests seated at the table into this field, then press the "Order" button.
• Active tab - This is the default tab that is displayed after the app is started and it contains all the tables that are currently active. Active tables include any table that is not "Ready" (e.g. this tab includes Tables that have a status of Seated, Ordered, Served, Bill Printed, To Clean, Reserved or Inactive - note that items cannot be saved to an Inactive table).
• Available tab - This tab contains all tables that have a Table Status of "Ready". These are tables that are ready and available for customers to be seated at.

 

The buttons outlined below will only appear when a Table has been selected from the grid:

 

• Order - This button will only enable items to be added to the currently selected table.
• Enquire - This button will open the Table details of all items that have been placed on the table.
• Bill - This button will print a bill to the default receipt printer. The bill will print to the receipt printer of the POS Terminal that the Pocket Pad device has acquired its Licence from (Handheld Licence IP in the Connection Settings of the app).
• Notes - This button will display any text that has been entered into the Notes field located in Idealpos Back Office > Setup > Global Options > Miscellaneous > Ideal Handheld > Notes. Information such as Special Prices/Discounts, Meals of the day, etc. can be entered into the Notes section via Idealpos and they will be displayed in the Notes function on all Pocket Pad devices.
• Pay - This button will only appear on Pocket Pad devices that have been setup with the Pocket Pad Payments functionality. Pay requires the "Pocket Pad Payments" module to be enabled in the Licence Gateway and the device must be configured to enable access to this button. For more information about setting up a Pocket Pad device for Payments, refer to the Configuring Pocket Pad v2 page in the Pocket Pad v2 topic.

 

• Quick Sale - This button will only appear when the Payment Integration is enabled AND the Quick Sale mode is enabled in the app settings. Quick Sale mode enables items to be ordered without saving them to a table. Also note that the Quick Sale button will appear when a table is not selected. When a table has been selected, the Quick Sale button is covered by the Order, Enquire, Bill, Notes, Pay buttons. This is shown in the screenshots below.

 

 

• Clerk - Select the Clerks from the drop-down list (if Show Home Screen is disabled in app Settings) or Enter Clerk Code/Login Code via Home Screen (if Show Home Screen is enabled in the app settings). The currently logged on clerk is displayed on the top-left corner of the screen.
• Settings - Selecting this option will display the Settings screen which is used to configure the connection to your Idealpos Back Office system, POSServer and other settings that affect the behaviour of the Pocket Pad app.
• Download Program Data - Selecting this option will download the latest Program Data from your Idealpos Back Office system to the Pocket Pad app. Program Data includes POS Screen Grid Layouts/POS Screen Button Colours, POS Screen Button positions, Notes, Stock Items, Stock Item Prices, etc.
• Payment History - Selecting this option will display a list of the last ten transactions that took place from the current Pocket Pad terminal. This includes a summary of payments (amount, time and the Table Number). Any entry in the list can be selected and additional details will be displayed such as the items that were paid, total amount, tips, etc. This function also enables a receipt to be issued via an "Issue Receipt" button. This will display a QR Code (if Hide QR Code is not disabled in the Payment Integration settings in the app) and a "Print Receipt" button. The Print Receipt button will print the receipt to the POS Terminal Receipt Printer that the Pocket Pad device acquired its Handheld Licence from.
• Change Password - Selecting this option will allow you to change the Password for the app. The Password is used to access the Settings menu as well as Unlock the app (when the app is locked to a table, a Password is required to unlock the app from the table - locking the app to a table is only supported on Tablet devices.
• About - Selecting this option will display information about the Pocket Pad app.
• System Logging - Selecting this option will display logs generated within the Pocket Pad app. These logs are used by advanced users and support when troubleshooting.
• Logout - Selecting this option will Logout the app. This will release the Pocket Pad licence for another device.

 

This screen appears the first time an order is placed to a table when the "Prompt for Covers" option is enabled in Idealpos Yes/No Options.

 

This screen enables you to order items to the table.

Table Number - This is the number of the table that the order is being placed to.

Back - Returns to the previous screen.

Seat Numbers - This will allocate any items added to the order to the selected seat number. The desired seat number must be selected prior to adding items to the order for the items to be allocated to the seat number.

Review Cart - This will proceed to the Review Cart. Review Cart will enable additional actions can be performed such as deleting items from the cart, adding text instructions to items, changing the quantity ordered, etc. From the Review Cart screen, the cart can then be saved which will save the order to the table.

 

Table Number - This is the number of the table that the order is being placed to.

Item List - A list of Stock Items saved to the cart will be displayed. The list includes the Quantity Ordered, Stock Item Description and the Sell Price (the Sell Price that is displayed is calculated based on the quantity ordered - e.g. changing the QTY ordered will trigger the Sell Price to update).

QTY - This allows you to enter a new quantity for the item. When pressing this button, a prompt will appear for you to enter the quantity. The quantity entered will replace the previously entered quantity for the item and the Sell Price will be updated based on the Quantity entered. Swipe from left to right to access.

Make Entree/Make Main - These options enable the item to be assigned to the chosen Print Group.

TXT - This button enables text to be added to the item. Text can typically be additional instructions for the item. Swipe right to left on an item to access this option.

Delete - This enables the item to be deleted from the cart. Swipe right to left on an item to access this option.

Insert - This enables an item to be inserted immediately after the current item. Swipe right to left on an item to access this option. After selecting this option, press the back arrow on the top-left corner of the screen, then add an item to the cart. When going back to the Review Cart screen, the added item will appear below the Stock Item that the Insert option was selected.

Save Cart/# Items $XX.XX - The Save Cart button will save the cart to the selected table. This button also displays the total number of items in the cart and the total sell price of those items. Pressing this button will display a prompt to Send Order or Cancel Order. Send Order will save the items to the table and will print them to the Kitchen Docket Printers. Pressing Cancel Order will cancel the order and return to the Table Grid screen. When Cancelling the order, all items that were saved to the cart will be cleared and will not be saved to the table. If the Clerk wants to add additional items to the cart when the Send Order/

 

The Quick Sale button is only available when the Pocket Pad Payments module has been enabled in the Idealpos Licence Gateway and the app mode has been set as "Order and Pay".

• Quick Sale button - The Quick Sale button appears at the bottom of the Table Grid screen when a table is not currently selected and the Show Quick Sale Button is enabled in the app settings (Settings > Payment Integration > Show Quick Sale Button).

 

After pressing the Quick Sale button, the top of the app will show "Order" (instead of "Table No #" which appears when placing an order to a table).

This is an indication that a Quick Sale is being performed.

Add items to the Quick Sale in the same way as placing an order to a table.

 

The app will show "Quick Sale" at the top of the screen along with the items that are currently in the Quick Sale.

Any adjustments can be made to the items such as changing the quantity or adding text notes (swipe from left to right to access the QTY option, or swipe from right to left to access the TXT, Delete, Insert options).

• Pay Cart button - The button appears at the bottom of the Review Cart - Quick Sale screen . It will show the number of items and the dollar value of the items.

 

If the Prompt for Ref option is enabled in the app, a Reference prompt will be displayed when Paying Cart (Quick Sale).

In this prompt, any reference for the Quick Sale can be entered, such as a Customer Name or other reference.

The entered reference will print to the Kitchen Docket Printer(s) after the Quick Sale has been paid.

 

 

If using Quick Sale, the Payment Screen will appear after pressing the Pay Cart button.

If paying a Table, the Payment Screen will appear after selecting a Table on the Table Grid and pressing the "Pay" button.

The screen contains the following buttons that appear at the bottom of the screen:

• Full - This is a dynamic button (the button changes based on the current portion selected and by default is set as "Full"). Pressing this option will display a list of fractions (Full, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/8, 1/Covers, Amount, Quantity, Fraction). When selecting Amount, Quantity or Fraction, the app will enable a custom Amount, Quantity or Fraction to be entered. When paying individual items, it is recommended that the desired portion is selected first, then select the desired item(s) to pay, then pay for the items using the "Pay $X.XX" button - the amount shown on the button will change based on the items that are currently selected for payment.
• Pay All - This button will Pay All Items that are in the Quick Sale.
• Pay $X.XX - This button can be used to pay specific items in the Quick Sale. To use this button, first select the desired payment portion as outlined above, then select the items that need to be paid, then finally press this "Pay $X.XX" button to pay the selected items. The amount shown on the button will be reflective of the portion that has been chosen (e.g. Full, 1/2, etc.) and the items that have been selected for payment.

 

If Paying a Quick Sale, the Covers information will not appear (i.e. Number of Covers/Average amount per cover and the time the table has been active).

The example shown below left shows the Payment Screen when paying off a Quick Sale.

The example shown below right shows the Payment Screen when paying off a Table.

 

 

Pressing the "Full" button on the bottom-left corner of the Payment screen will display a list of Fractions that can be used to pay a portion of the sale.

If the Amount, Quantity or Fraction options are used, a prompt will appear to enter the Amount/Quantity/Fraction as shown in the example below.

 

 

Details about using each type of payment portion option are listed below:

• Full - This option will enable a full payment to be taken for items in the order. Full Payment can be taken by selecting specific items then pressing the "Pay $X.XX" button on the bottom-right corner of the screen. Alternatively, the entire order can be fully paid by ensuring the "Full" option is selected, then press the "Pay All" button on the bottom of the screen.
• Pre-set Fraction Amounts (1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/8) - These options enable a fraction payment to be taken for items in the order. After a fraction has been selected, select the items by tapping on them. Before an item is selected, the item's full price will be displayed on the right-hand side of the item. After an item is selected, the item's price will change to show the fraction amount that will be paid. Once all the desired items have been selected, press the "Pay $X.XX" button on the bottom-right corner. Alternatively, the entire order can be paid using a fraction by selecting the required fraction, then press the "Pay All" button on the bottom of the screen.
• 1/Covers - This option will use the number of Covers seated at the table (i.e. the number of Guests) to calculate the payment amount for 1 Cover when selecting items individually or via the "Pay All" button. E.g. If all the items saved to table add up to a total value of $100.00 and there are 4 Covers set for the table, using the 1/Covers option and pressing the "Pay All" button will trigger one payment of $25.00. If desired, the 1/Covers option can be used repeatedly until each guest has paid their portion for the table. In the example of used above ($100 table total with 4 guests), this would mean 4 equal payments of $25.00 for each guest using the 1/Covers option.
• Amount - This option will display a prompt to enter an amount to pay on the table. When using this option, the app will automatically select items that make up the amount that was entered. It is not possible to use the Amount option and select specific items to pay.
• Quantity - This option will display a prompt to enter a quantity. After a quantity has been entered, select the desired items to pay and the app will mark the selected items for payment. As items are being selected, the number shown next to the Quantity button on the bottom-left corner will reduce. Once the quantity has been reached, the app will prevent additional items from being selected. This option is particularly useful when multiples of the same item have been ordered and are accumulated and the guest wants to pay for a specific quantity of the item.
  It should also be noted that when entering a quantity then selecting multiple items that have more than quantity ordered, the app will not restrict each item selected to a quantity of 1.
  • Example 1 - If the order contains 5x Cappuccino and 5x Flat White, entering a quantity of 6 then selecting Cappuccino will trigger all 5x Cappuccinos to be marked for payment, then pressing the Flat White item will trigger 1x Flat White to be marked for payment, then the allocated quantity of 6 will have been exhausted, preventing any other items from being selected for payment (unless the Quantity button is pressed and additional quantity entered, then additional items can be selected for payment).
  • Example 2 - If the order contains 5x Cappuccino and 5x Flat White, entering a quantity of 3 then selecting Cappuccino will trigger 3x Cappuccinos to be marked for payment, then no further items can be selected.
    Therefore, when using the above example and the customer wants to pay for 2x Cappuccinos and 2x Flat Whites, the Quantity function has to be used twice (Select Quantity > Enter 2 > Select Cappuccino, Select Quantity > Enter 2 > Select Flat White).
  • Note - The Pay All function with the Quantity function is not supported. E.g. Entering a Quantity then pressing the "Pay All" button will simply trigger the app to pay for all items in the order.
• Fraction - This option will display a prompt to enter a Fraction. After a fraction has been entered, select the desired items in the order to pay. This function can also be used with the "Pay All" button to pay a fraction of the entire order. Note that the fraction option currently only supports entering a fraction as a decimal place value. E.g. To use a fraction of 1/4, a decimal value of 0.25 must be entered.

If Tipping is enabled (App Settings > Payment Integration > Tipping), the "Add a Tip" prompt will be displayed using the percentage amounts that have been configured in the app:

 

If Cash Tender and EFTPOS are both enabled, the app will prompt to select a Payment Type (CASH or EFTPOS) when the "Pay All" or "Pay $X.XX" buttons are pressed..

Note that the Payment Type descriptions may also vary depending on how the Tender has been configured in Idealpos as well as the Tender that has been mapped to the CASH and EFTPOS functions in the Pocket Pad app.

 

Pressing the CASH option on the Select Payment Screen will display the following prompt.

Select Approved after the customer has given the amount displayed or press Cancel to cancel the payment and return to the payment screen.

Note that the app only supports receiving the CASH payment in the exact amount that is due.

It is possible to accept a cash amount greater than the amount due.

However, the change that will need to be given to the customer will need to be calculated manually and the change will not be recorded or included in Idealpos Reports.:

 

If the Payment Type is set to Manual in the app Payment Integration settings and the EFTPOS option is selected on the Select Payment Screen, the prompt shown in the screenshot below will be displayed.

 

 

If the Payment Type is set to Oolio Pay Global and Oolio Tipping is enabled, the "Enter tip" prompt will be displayed on the Oolio Pay device:

Enter a tip amount using the onscreen keypad if the customer wants to place a tip.

 

If Oolio Pay tipping is disabled, the "Enter tip" prompt shown above will be skipped and the Present Card screen will be displayed on the device.

Also, once a Tip has been entered on the "Enter tip" prompt shown above, the device will proceed to the Present Card screen.

The card can be inserted into the device or tapped on the card reader.

 

The Pocket Pad app needs to be configured so that it can connect to Idealpos.

Press "Settings" from the menu (three lines symbol on the top-left corner will open the menu) to access the Settings screen.

The first time that the Settings screen is accessed, a Password will need to be set. After entering the chosen Password, enter the same Password again to confirm it.

After the Password is set, it will need to be entered each time the Settings screen is accessed.

 

Connection Settings - Opens the Connection Settings menu from where you can configure the network settings that Pocket Pad will use to communicate with Idealpos.

Payment Integration - This menu option will only appear after the Pocket Pad app has been configured to communicate with Idealpos in the Connection Settings AND it has connected to a terminal that has the Pocket Pad Payments module enabled in the Idealpos Licence Gateway. This option opens the Payment Integration menu from where the Payment functionality for the app can be configured and enabled.

Accumulate Items - Enable if you want items to accumulate when adding more than one of the same item to the order.

Compulsory Clerk - Enable to force a Clerk to be entered/selected before sending an order to Idealpos. This will also force a Clerk to be selected/entered after each order is sent to Idealpos.

Hide Guest Field - Enable this option to hide the Guests field used to enter the number of Guests that are seated at the table. Note that if "Prompt for Covers" is enabled in the Yes/No Options, the Guests field will be hidden regardless of whether this option is enabled or disabled.

Hide Seat Selection - This option will hide the seat buttons, thereby disabling the ability to assign items to seat numbers when placing an order from Pocket Pad.

Menu in Code Order - By default, the menus will display in alphabetical order. Enabling this option will display the menus in code order.

Prompt for Ref - This option will display a prompt to enter a reference description when placing an order using the Quick Sale function. The Quick Sale function enables an order to paid and sent to the Kitchen Docket Printers without saving the order to a table. This is only available when the Pocket Pad Payments module is enabled in the Licence Gateway and the Payment Integration functionality has been configured.

Root Menu Code - If using menus, enter the Menu Code that corresponds to the Main Menu Code that you will be linking to in Idealpos. By default, this is set to 999. If you are using V7 Features, you do not need to have anything in this field as the items will be built from the POS Screen Layout.

Lock Table Map - This option will lock the Table Map to the Table Map specified in the Default Table Map setting.

Default Table Map - This option is used to enter the Table Map Code that will be used as the Default Map when the Table Map is displayed.

Download Timeout - This option is used to specify the download timeout used when downloading Program Data. The default value is sufficient for most systems. However, if using Pocket Pad with a lower spec host system and the database contains numerous POS Screen Layouts, a timeout of 20 seconds may lapse before the host system can generate the required data and send it back to Pocket Pad. Therefore, the timeout setting can be increased to allow the slower spec system to generate the table data and send it to the app.

Stock Notes - Enable this option to use Stock Notes functionality in Pocket Pad. When this option is enabled, Stock Notes for individual Stock Items can be displayed in Pocket Pad by simply holding your finger down (long press) on a Stock Item image or button for approximately 5 seconds, then the Stock Notes for the item will be displayed. This can be used in cases where an item amy contain additional details such as the ingredients used to make an item. It may be useful if a consumer has allergies to specific ingredients and want to determine whether they can consume the item.

Show Home Screen - Enable this option to display a Home Screen used by the Clerk to enter their Clerk Code.

Use Login Code - This option only applies to the "Show Home Screen" setting. When enabled, Clerks will enter their Login Code instead of the Clerk Code.

 

This screen is used to configure the Connection Settings used by Pocket Pad to communicate with Idealpos.

 

Enable Connection - When enabled, the app will connect to Idealpos using the Connection details configured below. When disabled, the app will operate offline using the built-in demonstration database and no orders will be sent to the Kitchen.

Handheld Licence IP - This field must contain the IP Address of the terminal that has the ID Licence.

POS Server IP - This field is the IP Address where the POSServer is located.

Server Port - 6983.

Terminal ID - This field is used to set the Terminal ID. The Terminal ID is used when taking and processing payments from the Pocket Pad app. Each Pocket Pad device must have a unique 3-digit Terminal ID configured which will be used for Reporting and Journal History Enquiry. It is recommended to start at Terminal ID 901 and increment by one for each device (e.g. 901, 902, 903, etc.).

 

This screen is used to configure the Payment Integration functionality in the app.

This screen can only be accessed when the Pocket Pad app is connected to a POS Terminal/Back Office that has the Pocket Pad Payments module enabled in the Licence Gateway.

 

• App Mode - Options available are "Order" or "Order and Pay". The Order option will disable all Payment functionality in the app and all Payment related configuration in this screen will be hidden. The "Order and Pay" option will make the Payment Integration settings visible on this screen so that the app can be configured for Payments.
• Prompt for Receipt - This option will display a prompt for receipt after an order has been paid. The Prompt for Receipt option will enable the Clerk to press an issue receipt button which will then print the receipt to the receipt printer setup at the POS Terminal that the Pocket Pad device has acquired its Handheld Licence from.
  • Hide Receipt QR Code - This option will hide the Receipt QR Code from appearing on the "Prompt for Receipt" prompt. The QR Code that is displayed on the Prompt for Receipt prompt can be scanned by the Customer which will take them to a webpage where they can enter their email address to have the receipt emailed to them. Note that the QR Code function requires Idealpos Online as well as the Receipt Format to be configured. Refer to the Configuring Pocket Pad v2 page for further information.
  • Staging Receipts - This is an option that is only used internally by Idealpos for testing environment purposes. In production environments, this option must be disabled.
• Tipping - This option enables Pocket Pad tipping. When enabled, the Tip 1 to Tip 4 fields will be displayed below where pre-set percentage tip amounts can be configured. These suggested tip amounts will be displayed on-screen just before payment is taken so that customers can choose to give a tip if they want.
  • Tip 1 - This option is displayed when the Tipping option above is enabled. Enter a percentage for the Tip 1 slot which will be displayed when taking payment for a table.
  • Tip 2 - This option is displayed when the Tipping option above is enabled. Enter a percentage for the Tip 2 slot which will be displayed when taking payment for a table.
  • Tip 3 - This option is displayed when the Tipping option above is enabled. Enter a percentage for the Tip 3 slot which will be displayed when taking payment for a table.
  • Tip 4 - This option is displayed when the Tipping option above is enabled. Enter a percentage for the Tip 4 slot which will be displayed when taking payment for a table.
• Oolio Tipping - This option enables Oolio Tipping. This will use the Oolio Tipping functionality built into the Oolio Payment device.
• Show Quick Sale Button - This option displays the Quick Sale button at the bottom of the Table Screen. This button enables Quick Sales to be done, which essentially enables orders to be placed on the fly without saving them to a table.
  This is useful where a customer arrives and wants to place an order on the go without being seated at a table.
  Also recommended with this option is to enabled "Prompt for Ref". This option will prompt for a reference such as a customer name or anything else, and the entered reference is printed to Kitchen Docket Printers.
• Quick Sale Only Mode - This option will lock the app into Quick Sale Only mode, which prevents displaying the Tables/Table Grid, and all the device can do is to place Quick Sales.
• Pay@Table Only Mode - This option will disable access to placing Orders to tables (Order button will be hidden when selecting a table). The device will only have access to Pay tables. When enabling this option, the "Show Quick Sale Button" option will be toggled off if it was enabled prior to enabling the Pay@Table Only Mode.
• Enable Production Mode - This option will enable Production Mode. Ensure that this option is enabled when configuring the Pocket Pad app in a production environment.
• Currency - Select the currency for the region in which the app will be used. Options available include USD (United States Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar) and NZD (New Zealand Dollar).
• Enable Cash Tender - This option will enable the device to take Cash Payments. Note that this option does not support giving change to the customer or reporting how much change was given to the customer.
  I.e. The customer has to pay with the exact cash amount.
  If change is needed to be given to the customer, the operator of the device will need to calculate the change themselves and give the correct change.
  Also note that when running reports in Idealpos, the amount paid will be the exact amount and there will be no change reported.
  • Cash Tender - This option appears when Enable Cash Tender is enabled and allows a specific tender to be linked to Cash payments that are taken via the Pocket Pad app.
• Card Tender - This option is used for linking the Card Tender to an Idealpos Tender. Any amount paid with the Card will be reported against this tender in Idealpos reports.
  Ideally, this should be the same tender as Card Payments are taken on standard POS Terminals at the site, but if desired, a different Tender can be used.
• Payment Type - This option enables the selection of the Payment Type. Options available are Manual, Oolio Pay Global or Oolio Pay AU/NZ.

 

Payment Type - Manual - If using "Manual" this will result in the terminal acting as a non-integrated payment terminal and payment will need to be taken/processed from another pinpad.
When set to Manual and pressing the "Pay" button, the app will tell you to enter an amount into a pinpad and if payment is approved, press the Approved button or press Cancel if the Payment failed.

Payment Type Oolio Pay Global or Oolio Pay AU/NZ - When using these options with a supported device and payment is being processed, the Oolio Payment device will prompt the customer to tap or insert their card into the device and process payment; the amount to pay will be automatically sent to the payment module and act in the same way as an integrated EFTPOS pinpad.

 

Payment Type - Oolio Pay Global

• Terminal POIID - Enter "S1F2-[SerialNumber]".
  • Additional Info:
    The Serial Number can be retrieved from the device by going to the device home screen > Settings > Device Info > Serial Number.
    If the Device Serial Number is 123456789012345, then enter "S1F2-123456789012345" (without the quotes) into the Terminal POIID field.
    If the Device is not an S1F2 device, the S1F2 can be substituted with the Device Type.
    The Device Type can be retrieved by going to the Device Home Screen > Settings > the Device Type should appear as the first entry in Settings below the "Device info" button. S1F2 devices show "S1F2" below the Device info button.
• Terminal IP Address - 127.0.0.1 or the IP address of the device.

    If manually entering the device's IP address, note that IP address may be subject to change, unless the terminal has been assigned with a static IP address in the Wi-Fi setup, or an IP address reservation has been configured for the device's MAC address in the router/modem running the site's or venue's network.
• Pair Terminal - Press this button to Pair the Terminal after the Terminal POIID and Terminal IP Address have been configured as outlined above.

 

Payment Type - Oolio Pay AU/NZ

• Username - Enter Username.
• Password - Enter Password.
• Pair Code - Enter Pair Code.
• Pair button - Press button once options have been entered.
• Clear button - Press the button to clear all entered options.
